Debit and credit card transactions slips are kept for a period of up to 2 years.
Cheque details – kept for a period of up to 1 year.

Hard copies are kept in the accounts office.

For a minimum of 4 years.

On hard copies in locked cabinets.
On local PCs and Server, password, firewall and anti-virus protected.
Accounting software has second level passwording.
8. Who will my data be shared with :
All relevant parties within the Alder Group.
Legal representatives if necessary in pursuance of bad debt.
No data will be issued to third parties under any other circumstances.
9. What rights do customers have :
The right to request information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction on processing, objection and in relation to automated decision making and profiling.
