In these Terms and Conditions ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Alder Roofing Supplies Ltd.

‘You’, ‘yours’ or ‘your’ means the customer placing the order.

The use of our Click & Collect is for trade sales.

Ordering and Collecting

• Once you have placed an order on our Click and Collect page we will respond by phone or email by 12 noon the weekday following the order and give you details of availability and collection date.

• Not all items shown on our website are held in stock.

• If the Velux item is not a stocked item then we will require payment before the order is placed with Velux. 

• Goods will be held by us for 24 hours from arranged collection time.

• All goods will be supplied packaged. 

Payment

• Payment to be made at point of collection.  We do not accept credit cards.

• Goods will be charged at the rate shown on our site at the time of purchase plus the prevailing rate of VAT. We reserve the right to change the advertised prices in exceptional circumstances.

• Payment must be made in full before goods are released.

• Once collected goods cannot be returned.
